20th Anniversary Celebration

On Thursday, October 19, 2000, the Foundation celebrated 20 years of building bridges between Japanese and Americans.

The Tokyo String Quartet Performed for the occasionand among the speakers for the evening were the Honorable Thomas S. Foley, US Ambassador to Japan, the Honorable Yasuhiro Nakasone, Former Prime Minister of Japan, and the Honorable Shunji Yanai, Japanese Ambassador to the US.
